KG, Kaiserstraße 23, 90403 Nuremberg, Germany (hereinafter "communicationAds"), as operator of the platform www.communicationads.net, has taken all technical and organizational measures to adequately comply with data protection regulations. 1. General
Personal data is all information about the personal and factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable person. This includes information and details, such as your first and last name, the associated company, your address or other postal address, the telephone number or also your e-mail address, but also IP addresses.

2. Use of communicationAds website
You can use a large part of the communicationAds website without providing any specific information about yourself. However, when you visit the communicationAds website, the following data is transmitted from your browser to communicationAds within the framework of the http-protocol for technical reasons:
- Website that is called up
- Date and time of the call
- Status of the call (was the website displayed successfully or were there errors)
- Website from which you were redirected to the current website (referrer)
- Browser type and version, operating system
- The Internet Protocol (IP) address
The transmitted data is stored in the form of log files separately from any other personal data that may be provided. They are evaluated for statistical purposes in order to improve the web presence and offers of communicationAds and to ensure the IT security of the systems. The data is deleted when it is no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which it was stored. The legal basis for processing the data is Art. 6 I, 1 f) DSGVO. The legitimate interest of communicationAds is derived from the purposes mentioned in the previous paragraph. The data collected when visiting the website is not used for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.
3. Use of the registration- and contact forms / contact by e-mail
If you contact communicationAds via the website or directly regarding questions of any kind via e-mail or general contact form, you give communicationAds your voluntary consent for the purpose of contacting you. For this purpose it is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address. This is used for the assignment of the inquiry and the subsequent response to it. The provision of further data is optional. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and for possible follow-up questions. After completion of your request, personal data will be deleted automatically.
When using the inquiry and registration forms on the communicationAds website, additional personal data is collected to process your inquiry, such as your first and last name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address. The data collected in this process results from the respective inquiry or registration form. In the case of the inquiry forms, your collected personal data will be deleted after your inquiry has been processed. In the case of registration forms, the personal data collected will be automatically deleted no later than 90 days after completion of your registration.
The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 I, 1 a) DSGVO. The legitimate interest of communicationAds arises from the consent of the sender for the respective purpose given at the time of sending.
4. Existing customer relationship with communicationAds
In order to provide the contractually agreed service, communicationAds collects, processes and uses the data of its customers. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless you have given your express consent or there is a corresponding legal basis or necessity. After termination of the contractual relationship, your personal data will be deleted at the end of the calendar year following the termination, unless longer statutory retention obligations prevent this. In this case, the corresponding data will be blocked instead of deleted.
We collect and process the following categories of data in particular:
- personal master data (company name, first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address)
- contract master data (contractual relationship, partnerships)
- customer history
- contract billing and payment data
You can view the personal master data stored by us as well as the contract billing and payment data at any time in your personal login area as well as administer the personal master data. In addition, you have the right at any time to request information from communicationAds about the data stored about you.
To use the personal login area, it is necessary for technical reasons that you agree to the use of cookies. The cookies used in this context are set for the duration of the session, i.e., automatically deleted by your browser after closing the browser window.
The provision of communicationAds' services is partly based on the use of so-called third party cookies. Third party cookies are cookies from third parties that are stored on the end device of the visitor when a website is accessed. As an advertiser or website operator with a business relationship with communicationAds, you undertake to provide all necessary information to visitors to your website in accordance with the legal situation in the respective country. This obligation includes, in particular, information on the purpose of the use of cookies and the possibilities to prevent the storage of these cookies. communicationAds regularly sends e-mails to its customers containing important contractual information regarding the service of communicationAds itself or information regarding the contractual relationship between the advertiser and the website. The receipt of these e-mails can be deactivated by the recipient via the communicationAds platform at any time; in this case, the contractual partner undertakes to retrieve current information on the communicationAds platform on a daily basis.

The legitimate interest of communicationAds arises from the consent of the contractual partner given at the time of the conclusion of the contract for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. The sending of e-mails to contractual partners is based on §7 III UWG.
5. Further contact with our technologies
As a service provider for advertisers and websites, our central service is the provision of so-called white label information offers (e.g., comparison calculators) as well as the measurement of advertising success (“tracking”). In the context of tracking, we use cookies to document transactions (e.g., leads or sales, i.e., a rate application, for example). These serve the sole purpose of correctly assigning the success of advertising media or advertising integrations in the context of a billing with our advertisers and websites. In this context, communicationAds does not collect any personal data. The corresponding cookies are stored under the URL www.communicationads.net and are structured as follows:
Cookie name: pp* (the * is replaced by a pseudonymized ID of the advertiser).
Cookie content: pseudonymized ID, which is used for a combination of information on ID of the website, ID of the advertiser, ID of the advertising medium, time of action, categorized type of end device (mobile, desktop). Storage of personal data does not take place.
